FPL2010 REGULAR registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches, a copy of the conference proceedings (CD), and one social event ticket.

FPL2010 STUDENT registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches and a copy of the conference proceedings (CD) (no social event ticket). NOTE: Student status must be verified by faxing or mailing a copy of a valid student card or a letter from the university.

FPL2010 PhD Forum registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks and lunches (no social event ticket). NOTE: This registration option is only available for students whose submitted PhD forum paper was accepted. Moreover, their student status must be verified by faxing or mailing a copy of a valid student card or a letter from the university.

FPL2010 One day registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks and lunches for the chosen day. On site registration only.

At least one AUTHOR, for each accepted paper, is requested to register as REGULAR attendees and pay their fee before June 18, 2010. When registering, please refer to the submission PAPER ID.
Papers will not be published in the proceedings unless one of the authors has registered (as REGULAR) and payment of the registration fee has been received.

INVITATION LETTER to facilitate your participation to FPL, do not hesitate to get in touch with us (local Program Chair, Marco Santambrogio) if you need an invitation letter from the organizing committee of FPL 2010.

Payment receipts will be included in conference bags. No receipts will be sent in advance. Each attendee must register separately. Registrations by phone are not accepted. Student status will be verified when registering.

SOCIAL EVENT In order to allow us to smoothly organize the social events, it is advisable to reserve additional tickets in advance. Moreover, note that the visit to Leonardo's Last Supper has a limitation in the maximum number of participants, therefore we will be able to provide tickets for the entrance only until the limit is reached, on a first-come first-served basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conference participation is nominal and may not be shared. Substitution of conference participation is permitted, provided the organisers have been informed by fax, mail or email before August 1, 2010.

The organisers reserve the right to modify the conference programme, speakers, or timing without prior notice and cannot be held liable for any such changes.

Cancellation is allowed if requested in writing before July 31st, 2010. A handling fee of 50 Euros will be charged. Registration fees cannot be refunded for cancellations for author registrations or for requests received after July 31st, 2010.

All on-site payments will be available by Credit Card only.

Please, consider booking your hotel in advance, since the end of August is still high season and it might be difficult to find a room at the last moment.
